Network Repair and Support Services

If there is a problem with your department network connection, first contact your department's Local Area Network (LAN) Administrator or technical support personnel to verify.  Note that charges may apply if it is determined that the failure is due to customer-provided equipment (i.e. your computer).

To request an onsite visit, contact the ITS Helpdesk.
