Because ITS is providing the Hosted Virtual Server environment, a customer is free from needing to purchase a server and waiting up to six weeks to receive and install it. The implementation time of an ITS Hosted Virtual Server is approximately one week. Another notable benefit is the cost savings involved in bringing a hosted server online; not having to spend capital on a physical server saves an average of $3,000 instantly. Perpetual or Temporary Services, You Choose

Whether you need a server for 1 month or 10 years, an ITS Hosted Virtual Server can be as short-lived or permanent as your service requires. ITS will maintain the hosting environment without any additional capital from its customers outside of the monthly fee. Unlimited Flexibility at an Entry Level Price

The old cost of purchasing a new server is replaced with a new $500 setup fee. Physical server prices start at around $3,500 and can go as high as $10,000 depending on configuration. The new setup fee is $500 regardless of configuration. The new monthly maintenance fee is $300 and replaces the previous monthly fee of $250, but also includes a 1GB network connection which is an additional $160 in the traditional model. The new monthly fee of $300 covers 1GB network bandwidth, backups, OS install/maintenance, patching, AntiVirus, monitoring, and consulting, plus all the advantages of a virtual environment. $300/month gets the base configuration which is suitable for 90% of our cases, but in cases where the base configuration is not enough we can dynamically increase resources and adjust the fee based on those additional resources.
