GroupWise product requirements

IF YOU ARE OFF-CAMPUS, you must first connect to the NIU network to install GroupWise. Use SSL AnyConnect VPN Client.

You will not need to use AnyConnect to use GroupWise after installation.

Note: CallPilot Desktop users must reinstall the CallPilot Desktop Client.

• Mailbox Number: usually last 5 digits of phone number

Novell Messenger

You must have a GroupWise account.
Novell Messenger Client is independent of GroupWise Mail.

• CleanIT - a GroupWise client removal utility. If you have trouble with GroupWise, uninstall, run CleanIT, reboot, then re-install.
